Thank you for your interest in SAM Elementary. We are proud to offer an extraordinary educational experience to our students and look forward to learning more about your family through the application process. Here are the steps:

Step 1:

Fill out the online application below. Please note the application needs to be completed in one sitting as it will not save on our system until you click submit. We recommend looking over the questions and answering the long form questions on a separate document. When you have completed all of the questions, paste and submit. Our application is due on December 21, 2018. After that date we will accept applications for those classes where space is available.

Step 2:

Applicants to Kindergarten: Families applying to kindergarten will be invited to come to SAM Elementary for a small group “play date”. During the play date applicants will participate in a few typical classroom activities led by one of our faculty members.

Applicants to first grade and second grade: Students will be invited into the existing class to participate in regular classroom activities for a portion of the day. A parent or guardian is required to stay on site during this visit and is welcome to spend time in our office until the in-class observation is over.

Step 3:

You will receive a letter via email that shares the admissions decision as well as any relevant next steps.

Admissions Timeline

-December 21, 2018 – Applications are due
-January 1, 2019 – Financial aid applications are due
-February 19, 2019 – Admissions notifications are released
-February 26, 2019 – Deposits are due

Kindergarten-Second Grade: $33,500
